About Our Project

This whole website and video were made possible by a class at a small liberal arts college in Minnesota. All eight of us are freshmen at Gustavus Adolphus College in Saint Peter, Minnesota. As a part of our Historical Perspectives II class, we had to do a project about some historical event or change. We decided to focus on food because it was interesting, and it gave us the perfect chance to eat things!
